If you have gotten into some bad accidents whether your fault or not, reporting lost items and things like that. Anything that resulted in a claim made.
Loss runs are simply reports of claims made all on one sheet with amounts and things like that.

Sometimes loss runs can be a simple report already generated.
Underwriters will look at your loss runs.
A lot of time on the residential side we just say to leave it off and then when the MVR report gets pulled it automatically gets pulled. You wouldnt want to report accidents that aren’t even seen and sometimes we have noticed if you add loss runs on the personal side and then run the MVR report the price could potentially be a little bit higher than just leaving it off and running the MVR report. This completely depends on each insurance carrier’s algorithm to determine rates.
